What counts as a minute?

Only time on a practice call counts — from the moment the call starts until it ends. Setup, “Your numbers”, reading your debrief and copying your script are free. One call lasts at most 10 minutes. You always see your remaining minutes and when your pass expires. When the minutes are used up, you can buy the next pass — we never throttle you silently.

Refund policy

Not helpful? Email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no questions about why. Read the refund policy.

Why one-time passes, not a subscription?

People negotiate when an offer or a review is on the table — for a few days or weeks. A time-boxed pass matches that. You won't get surprise renewals and there is nothing to cancel.

Compared to human coaching

A human negotiation coach costs $109 to $529 per 60-minute session (The Muse, October 2026). A coach can give you judgment PayCall can't; PayCall gives you as many realistic practice rounds as you need for $19.

Frequently asked questions

What is PayCall?

PayCall is an AI voice coach for practicing salary negotiations and raise conversations. You talk out loud with a realistic AI hiring manager or boss, then get a scored debrief, a target number based on real US salary data, and a script for the real conversation.

How does it work?

Describe your situation (job, offer, target), negotiate out loud for a few minutes, then review your debrief with your top mistakes, better phrasing, a personal script and a ready-to-send email.

Is it free to try?

Yes. Your first practice round (up to 3 minutes) is free, no credit card needed. You only need a free account.

How much does it cost?

The Offer Pass is $19 for 7 days (up to 120 practice minutes). The Job Search Pass is $39 for 30 days (up to 400 minutes). Both are one-time payments.

Is this a subscription?

No. Passes never renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.

What if it doesn't help me?

Email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.

Is my voice recorded or stored?

Your audio is processed in real time to create a text transcript and is not stored. You can delete your transcripts and your account at any time.

Will my employer find out?

No. Your sessions are private. We never share or sell your data.

How realistic is the AI hiring manager?

You can choose different counterpart styles — friendly HR, tough manager, tight budget, or lowballer — and difficulty levels. They push back with the objections people hear in real negotiations.

Where does the salary data come from?

From the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (OEWS, May 2025). It reflects base pay by occupation and state and doesn't include year-end bonuses, stock or benefits.

What can I practice?

Negotiating a job offer, making a counter offer, asking for a raise, negotiating a promotion, and answering “What are your salary expectations?”

Can I type instead of talking?

Yes, every session also works by text. Practicing out loud is more effective, though, because that's how the real conversation happens.

What do I need?

A browser and a microphone. It works on phone and computer.

Does PayCall guarantee a higher salary?

No. It helps you prepare and practice; the outcome depends on your situation and the employer.

Is this career, legal or financial advice?

No. PayCall is a practice tool, not professional advice.

Which countries is PayCall for?

PayCall is built for the United States, including US salary data. Other countries are planned.
