Terms of Service

Last updated: October 22, 2026

Agreement

These terms apply when you use PayCall, operated by PayCall, Inc. (“PayCall”, “we”). By creating an account or buying a pass you agree to them.

Who can use PayCall

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. PayCall is built for people in the United States.

What PayCall is — and isn’t

PayCall is an AI practice tool. The counterpart, coach hints, debriefs, scripts and emails are generated by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Salary numbers come from public U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics data and our own guidance rules. PayCall is not career, legal, tax or financial advice, and it does not guarantee any salary, raise or job outcome. Results vary.

Free round and passes

  • Each account can use one free practice round of a few minutes.
  • Passes (for example the Offer Pass and the Job Search Pass) are one-time purchases. They give access for a fixed number of days and up to a fixed number of practice minutes, shown before you buy.
  • Passes never renew automatically. There is nothing to cancel.
  • Unused minutes expire with the pass. Minutes count only while a practice call is running.
  • We may limit the length of a single call and the number of calls to keep the service fair and affordable.

Refunds

Not helpful? Email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. When a refund is processed, the remaining pass stops working. See the refund policy for details.

Acceptable use

  • Don’t abuse, harass or threaten the service or other people, and don’t try to break, overload or reverse-engineer it.
  • Don’t use PayCall to create content that is illegal, deceptive or infringes others’ rights.
  • Don’t share your account or resell access.
  • The AI counterpart may end a call after repeated abusive language.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you enter. You allow us to process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our content

The PayCall software, design, texts and our own data analyses belong to PayCall or its licensors. BLS data is public domain; we credit the source wherever we show it.

Disclaimers and liability

PayCall is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for decisions you make based on the practice tool. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may change these terms and will update the date above; material changes will be announced by email. You can stop using PayCall and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, unless the law of your state of residence requires otherwise.
